On thursday 6th October, the hearing of Sagesa's claim against the community was hold. Alberto Moro was defending the community point of view, basically saying that we negotiated and paid what we owed to Sagesa, obtaining a receipt saying this was the end of the claim. Furthermore, he added a fact we knew later: San Antonio Properties paid Sagesa some years ago the amount they are claiming us now. Mario Bravo was called as a witness, confirming the above details. The sentence is expected within 30 days.
