SEWAGE TAX

The community (and also the individual owners) have seen their water bill increased sensibly after the inclusion of a new tax for the water that goes into the sewage. There is a meter for the garden that is charged also with this tax because the swimming pools are connected to it. If we connect both swimming pools to the blocks, those meters will be only feeding the garden, which is free of this tax (water from the garden goes into the grounds directly). The cost of the connections is 848 + vat for the small pool (to be connected to block 3), and 1050 + vat for the big pool, to be connected to block 2.
